It will take some time to post the Washington Apple Pi Journal articles. There are a lot of them, and the articles and any illustrations are mostly not in digital form. Laziness dictates that I not retype everything 😇 and being lazy sometimes involves hours of hard work to save a few minutes of typing.
Washington Apple Pi was founded in 1977, though not formally organized until the next year. The founders were a bunch of science nerds from various government agencies in the Washington, DC, area, and the idea of calling the group “Washington Apple Ï€” appealed to them. Today, the group is the longest continuously active personal computer group in the US.
