The University of Maryland, College Park, is having a
150th anniversary celebration. As part of that celebration, they are sponsoring
a "Fear the Turtle" sculpture project. Large sculptures of the mascot truculent
terrapin are scattered in fifty places across Maryland and Washington,
DC. This sculpture, "Disco Turtle," is across the street from the Discovery
Channel World Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD, about three blocks from
