Iterative notice about parking

This professionally printed sign with less than professional scribbling was taped to a parking meter in Silver Spring, Maryland. It notifies motorists that two spaces are not available from something scribbled to something else scribbled, with an almost illegible correction to something else scribbled.

This is clarity, and duct tape, at its finest.

A parking space, with a parking meter, says that the parking space, and possibly the one next to it, may not be used for parking on certain not clearly specified dates.
